Excellent structure with a depth of flavors and an acidity which brings the flavors to the fore and adds freshness, with a delightful aftertaste HARMONY: Ideal to accompany fresh sea-food, grilled fish, salad and vegetable pies VINEYARD: The soil is fertile, with mixed composition ranging from sandy loam to clay loam thus offering the possibility of producing wines of exquisite quality and rich aromas.
